Each family will select other families that they would like to send their greetings to and add a personal greeting to every selection. Selections can be made via the web-site using a unique username and password or on paper for data entry at a later stage. Shana Tova Project will collect all selections and greetings. When the project is complete, usually a few days before Rosh Hashana, the Shana Tova Project will produce a letter for each family listing all other families, along with their greetings. You may choose to have a synagogue sponsored gift sent along with these letters (e.g. a small jar of honey). When customizing your web-site through the administrator area, you will determine how much each selection should "cost". For example, if you set the price for a selection at $1.50 and a family selects 20 other families to send greetings to, that family will be asked to forward a $30 donation to the synagogue.
